Who is responsible for your data
For the information you provide through this website, the data controller is Paul Butler, trading as Planning on Purpose. Where you go on to become a client, personal data is also processed by Skybound Wealth Management as part of providing regulated advice, under Skybound Wealth’s own privacy arrangements.

- Information you give us — your name, email address and any details you enter into the contact form or the Vulnerability Test (including your answers and the resulting Resilience Profile) when you ask for your report by email.

- To respond to enquiries and, where you request it, to arrange an initial conversation.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your Vulnerability Test answers for anything other than generating and (if requested) sending your report.

Your information may be handled by trusted service providers who help operate the site and its email delivery, and by Skybound Wealth Management where you proceed towards advice. Because this practice serves internationally mobile clients across the GCC, UK and Europe, data may be processed in more than one country; where that happens, appropriate safeguards are applied.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and test data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as required to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
